Cancellation Policy

Booking Payment, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy. We know plans can change, so here’s how we handle cancellations and reschedules: Cancellation: You can cancel your sauna booking up to 5 days before your scheduled start time. Cancellations before this time will be issued a full refund minus any payment processing fee. Reschedule: You can reschedule your sauna booking up to 3 days before your scheduled start time. Sessions can only be rescheduled once. No-shows / Same day cancellations: Cancellations, no-shows or your decision to quit / not participate on the day of your booking will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. No refund will be given. Adverse Weather: Your safety is our priority. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to adverse weather or for any other reason, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment to another convenient date and time or offer you a refund should an alternative date and time not be suitable. Changes to this policy: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the current Terms and Conditions before booking a sauna session. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
