Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and No-Shows Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in the full service fee being charged. Late Arrivals Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time in order to avoid inconvenience to other clients. The full service fee will remain payable. All fees are payable at the time of booking. Clients must disclose, prior to treatment, all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or pregnancy that may affect their suitability for massage. We are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from incomplete or inaccurate disclosure.
